YOUR ROLE

 

Are you a qualified driver seeking a full-time, permanent position with guaranteed hours, no weekend work and a competitive salary? Look no further - our Driver roles are perfect for you!

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

As a Class 2 Driver, you’ll enjoy a 42-hour guaranteed working week with a generous salary of £ 31,231.20 per annum. Your day will start between 04:00 and 06:00, with 10-hour shifts and approximately 6 drops per shift. You’ll be delivering a mix of high street and wholesale brands, operating out of Ceva Doncaster on a multi-drop route to our localized networks.

 

You’ll handle some manual tasks, such as stripping down pallets and stocking them into stock rooms. Experience with an electric pump truck is desirable, as you’ll use one at some locations. At customer sites, you’ll occasionally use a forklift truck (FLT) to load and unload vehicles, giving you the opportunity to interact with customers and manage any necessary paperwork. This is a customer-facing role, so strong communication skills are also essential.

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

To be successful within this role, you must possess a current Class 2 license with no more than 6 points, a full CPC qualification, and a Tachograph card.

 

You will be customer facing therefore able to demonstrate strong customer service skills, capable of building effective relationships. Experience with an electric pump truck is also desirable, however not essential.
