For our location in Großbeeren near Berlin, we are looking for a Specialist (m/f/d) HR Business Support to start as soon as possible.

 

 

YOUR FUTHER ROLL:

 

  • You will support the HR Business Partners responsible for the various areas in implementing all HR processes with a focus on contract and document management as well as maintaining the HR systems.
  • You will be responsible for the complete processing of general HR administration and for preparatory work for payroll accounting.
  • You will create documents for individual personnel measures, be responsible for obtaining the necessary signatures and monitoring the document flow and for organising and monitoring the proper delivery of documents.
  • You will maintain and update personnel and payroll-related data, manage our personnel files and provide information in this regard.
  • You are the contact person for authorities, offices and external partners.

 

 

 

THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:

 

  • Your basis is a completed vocational training or a business management training ideally with a focus on HR or further training as e.g. Personnel officer.
  • Ideally, you have at least 2 years' experience in the field of human resources, particularly in document management and contract creation.
  • You have good knowledge of the common MS Office applications and ideally already have knowledge of labour and works constitution law
  • You communicate confidently in written and spoken German and English.
  • Your discretion, your independent way of working and your loyalty as well as your sense of responsibility round off your profile.
