JOUW ROL

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde stagiair die ervaring wilt op doen binnen onze Customer Care afdeling. Deze afdeling bestaat uit werknemers die een primair aanspreekpunt zijn voor onze exportklanten. Hierbij zal jij ondersteunen en meedenken met het oplossen van de verschillende vragen en problemen van de klanten. Communicatieve vaardigheden en een oplossend vermogen zijn dus echt een must!

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Tijdens je stage ga jij je onder andere bezig houden met:

• Een uitstekende Customer Care door de klant te helpen met vraagstukken of problemen op te lossen;
• Het bouwen van nieuwe klantrelaties en dit te onderhouden;
• Samenwerken met het operationeel team om informatie te verzamelen, tijdig oplossingen te bieden en complexe klantproblemen te escaleren;
• Think outside the box, in een dynamische omgeving zul je veranderingen omarmen;
• De documentatie van de klantinteracties nauwkeurig verwerken in het klantrelatiesysteem.

WAAR ZIJN WIJ NAAR OP ZOEK?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een energieke stagiair die met een klantgerichte houding het Customer Service werkveld in de logistiek eigen wilt maken. Met jouw ondernemende houding en communicatieve skills is er geen probleem dat niet opgelost kan worden. Een goede relatie met de klant en je team naar een hoger plan tillen staan bij jou hoog in het vaandel. Om dit te realiseren spreek je op professioneel niveau Nederlands en Engels.

WAT BIEDEN WE?
De startdatum, de duur en het aantal werkdagen zijn bespreekbaar. Wel word je geacht minimaal 4 dagen per week aanwezig te zijn. CEVA biedt een stagevergoeding voor alle studenten van €500,- per maand op basis van een fulltime contract.
