YOUR ROLE
Joining the Cabinet of Deputy CEO – Operations & Regions, you will be part of a dynamic team focusing on the strategic management of transportation and logistics products around the world, with a direct exposition to CEVA’s top management. Your mission will involve conducting market research, supporting M&A activities, integrating acquired companies, and contributing to the definition and implementation of product strategies.
We are looking to hire a self-starter, team player, result-driven, and data-driven Strategy and Operations project intern to support the delivery of operational excellence within our products teams.
A successful candidate will leverage project management and technical skills (analytics). The ideal candidate will be a strategic-thinker with a strong business sense, comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high-energy environment.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Deliver analytical projects from identifying data and modelling impacts to delivering key messages in a synthetic deck based on deep-dived analysis
- Assist in M&A activities, and support the integration process of acquired companies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition and realization of synergies (target operational model and organization, process alignments)
- Handle project management: define top priorities, timelines and milestones, identify stakeholders and task owners, ensure good progress on all streams
- Conduct market research and benchmark to identify trends, opportunities and challenge our position within the transportation and logistics sectors
- Identify risks and roadblocks and deploy mitigating actions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure the overall coordination of different projects (to gather data, develop reports, present findings)
- Facilitate the communication around the project
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Final year of top Engineering or Business Schools
- Analytical skills and computer software proficiency (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Business English (spoken and written)
- Ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and scope business requirements
- Results-oriented person
- Learning mindset, team-spirit skills, and willingness to work in a collaborative way is highly expected
