YOUR ROLE

 

Reporting into the Compliance Controller you will provide MHE training to all CEVA and agency staff at our Multi-user site in Mendlesham.

 

You will deliver MHE training to ensure staff’s annual and 3-year refresher assessments and development training is up to date and supports the needs of the business

 

This is a Monday – Friday role.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Deliver comprehensive training programs for various types of material handling equipment, including pallet trucks and counterbalance.
  • Assess and evaluate trainees’ performance to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
  • Maintain accurate training records, MHE matrix and certification documentation.
  • Work closely with site management to plan and deliver development training.
  • Assist with all facilities regular and statutory checks.
  • Collaborate with the safety and planning teams to identify training needs and improve overall warehouse safety.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Proven experience as an MHE Trainer or in a similar role within a logistics or warehouse environment.
  • Certification as a forklift trainer or in other relevant MHE.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials.
  • Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
