YOUR ROLE
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to ensure smooth administrative operations within a dynamic warehousing environment? If so, we have an exciting role for a dedicated Site Administrator to join our team in Stowmarket, where your role will be essential in maintaining and improving site administrative processes and upholding site quality standards.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into the General Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing a range of site administrative tasks. This includes overseeing payroll processes, managing the purchase ledger, maintaining agency records, and handling all employee paperwork for HR processing. Your role is pivotal to ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately, promptly, and in alignment with company policies and procedures.
In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and central function teams, gathering and organising all necessary information to ensure that billing and invoicing are processed efficiently on a weekly and monthly basis.
Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining up-to-date and organized records for all contract and site personnel, ensuring they meet required standards.
This role will see you working Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, so you'll have your evenings and weekends free!
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in your application we are looking for someone who comes with previous experience in a busy and fast paced environment. You will need to have the ability to organise and prioritise work effectively and juggle multiple tasks and deadlines to meet the demands of the business. You will need to be a confident communicator, comfortable dealing with people at all levels and practiced in tilising a range of internal system, such as Microsoft packages and warehouse management systems.
