Customer Service Administrator | Pemulwuy NSW

YOUR ROLE


Join our freight forwarding team in Pemulwuy as a Customer Service Administrator, where you will play a key role in supporting our customer (on their site) through various administrative tasks using CEVA and customer systems.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

 

  • Coordinate tracking and tracing for all orders
  • Act as the first point of contact for key stakeholders at the customer's site, fostering strong, effective relationships
  • Review, complete, and process documents and databases related to orders, shipments, requests, requirements, and providers
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of administrative processes and systems
  • Support the team in resolving issues related to fulfilment, planning, timing, and status
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


Our ideal candidate has customer service experience within the freight forwarding industry (ocean import operations a bonus), together with:

 

  • Microsoft Excel skills to populate and manipulate data
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective time management and planning skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship management orientation.
