Customer Service Delivery Supervisor | Kemps Creek NSW

YOUR ROLE


The Service Delivery Supervisor leads a highly capable team of Storepersons based at our Kemps Creek NSW site, whose purpose is to provide effective and efficient customer support services to one of CEVA’s customers in the telecommunications sector.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?


Specifically, you will:

 

  • Coach, develop and support your team, and foster a culture of customer, service and operational excellence.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer queries, orders / returns and corrective actions
  • Accurately review and investigate items that are damaged, lost or missing through transaction of goods
  • Support customer communication relations from initiation of damaged stock or the return process and complete the settlement of the order
  • Manage the daily volume of all inbound and outbound orders to ensure they are completed within expected timeframes in a safe and secure manner.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 


Our ideal candidate has direct or relatable experience supervising a customer service support team, in any industry (logistics and supply chain preferable).


You should also have:

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, customer service and influencing / negotiation skills
  • Sound troubleshooting / problem solving capability, commercial acumen and capacity to extract insights from information / data
  • Intermediate experience in MS Office applications, and capable of learning new systems and working with technologies generally.


In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
