YOUR ROLE

We’re seeking a Team Leader to join our Chullora site, supporting a new customer that specialises in tyres.

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will:
 

• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of your team
• Coach, support and develop team members
• Ensure compliance with CEVA policies and procedures, especially safety.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate has: 
 

• Experience to a supervisory level in warehouse operations
• Strong safety awareness and committed to safe work practices
• Strong customer, stakeholder and communication skills; sound computer literacy
• Bonus: LO and/or LF licences.

In addition to providing proof of work rights and professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
