WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Strategic Partner: Collaborate with our regional Leadership teams, global TA team and the European TA community to align our recruitment efforts with our people agenda and business strategy. (Skills: Strategic Thinking, Business Acumen)
  • RPO Excellence: Work closely with our RPO provider to assess and enhance their performance within the region, ensuring top-notch recruitment services. (Skills: Vendor Management, Performance Evaluation)
  • Cost Efficiency: Spearhead initiatives to reduce our reliance on third-party vendors, thereby lowering additional recruitment costs while maintaining quality. (Skills: Cost Management, Process Optimization)
  • Creative Recruitment: Innovate and implement imaginative recruitment strategies for regional corporate roles, managing the full hiring cycle effectively. (Skills: Recruitment Marketing, Full-Cycle Hiring)
  • Trusted Advisor: Play a pivotal role as a TA advisor within our regional TA community, offering guidance and insights. (Skills: Advisory, Communication)
  • Tech Savvy: Utilize MyHR, our ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job boards to proactively build regional talent pipelines. (Skills: ATS Management, Tech Proficiency)
  • DE&I Champion: Lead the deployment of DE&I recruiting strategies that align with our Group's ambitions, promoting diversity and inclusion in our workforce. (Skills: DE&I Strategy, Inclusive Hiring)
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyse key TA metrics to gauge progress and provide regular reports to key business stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. (Skills: Data Analysis, Reporting)
  • TA Transformation: Contribute to global TA projects aimed at revolutionizing our recruitment function. Evaluate and enhance our talent acquisition process, tooling, and recruiting techniques, utilizing data and analytics for continuous improvement and optimal hiring outcomes. (Skills: Project Management, Data Analytics)

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • University degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or similar due to previous experience Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house and agency).
  • Experience of delivering large scale change programs.
  • Proven experience in leading internal Talent Acquisition projects. Full cycle recruitment experience.
  • Good analytical skills & project implementation experience.
  • Understanding of how ATS can enhance the overall talent acquisition agenda.
  • Functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft applications, i.e. Words, Excel, PowerPoint. Fluent in French and English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels in the organization.
  • Solid problem-solving and logic reasoning skills.
  • Autonomous, highly organized with a sense of urgency and can-do attitude
  • Strong influencer and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to challenge behaviour at a senior level.
  • Excellent stakeholder management & the ability to build strong and effective relationships with those stakeholders in the different product areas.
