For our location in Königs Wusterhausen near Berlin we are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) Warehouse Logistics to start as soon as possible.

YOUR FUTHER ROLL:

You are the contact person for our shift supervisors on operational issues and support them in staff scheduling.
You are responsible for the staff allocation and management of your team according to the daily schedule and ensure the operational process according to the specifications for

Achieving productivity and key figures.

You are responsible for the induction, instruction and training of employees.
You are the first point of contact for process disruptions and incorrect shipments and contribute to continuous process improvement.

THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:

Ideally, you will have completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist.
You have already gained experience in warehouse management.
Ideally, you are in possession of a German forklift license and are familiar with the operation of forklifts.
You communicate confidently in written and spoken German and English.
Ideally, you already have good user knowledge of the common MS Office applications and are familiar with various WMS.
You are willing to work in shifts (2-shift system) and to work at weekends (2 Saturdays per month).
You convince with your personal commitment, very good communication skills, as well as assertiveness and call a flexible, team-oriented and independent way of working your own.
Your reliability and cost-conscious behavior round off your profile.
