Today, we reaffirm our values by continuing our growth through the newly created CMA CGM AIR CARGO division. 

This new activity enables us to offer a comprehensive range of services, thus reinforcing our strategic position with our global customers. 

 

Already equipped with a fleet of 4 long-haul aircraft (1 A330F and 3 B777F), CMA CGM AIR CARGO aims to continue its growth. 8 Airbus A350Fs will complete the fleet in 2026 and 2027, with CMA CGM AIR CARGO being the launch airline for this new aircraft. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

The inside sales representative is responsible for developing and growing business: 

 

  • Process customer requests and perform bookings as per the booking process.  

  • Book standard and special products and conduct a loadability and profitability check before offering a rate.  

  • Make quotations for ad hoc pricing requests following the pricing rules and considering profitability, the customer's willingness to pay, and upselling potential.  

  • Consult customers to find the right product and proactively sell customer-oriented transport solutions in collaboration with the Handling department and in close cooperation with Outside Sales.  

  • Has responsibility for accounts, including CRM management.  

  • Manage bookings and share information on allocation performance as well as new allocation potential with the Outside Sales Representative.  

  • Arrange ex-works and direct deliveries. • Assist in acquiring new accounts and new business by proactively following up on inbound calls.  

  • Support the sales team to achieve revenue, yield, and tonnage budgets.  

  • Join the Outside Sales Representative on sales visits as required.  

  • Actively share information about activities, offers, strengths, and weaknesses of market participants with the Outside Sales Representative.  

  • Manage discrepencies on booking and link with Sales Ops representative like Service Delivery to ensure smooth operation. 

  • Manage account data and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.  

  • Act as the touchpoint for claims and complaints towards the customer and forward the requests to the respective departments.

CONDITIONS:
