Today, we reaffirm our values by continuing our growth through the newly created CMA CGM AIR CARGO division.
This new activity enables us to offer a comprehensive range of services, thus reinforcing our strategic position with our global customers.
Already equipped with a fleet of 4 long-haul aircraft (1 A330F and 3 B777F), CMA CGM AIR CARGO aims to continue its growth. 8 Airbus A350Fs will complete the fleet in 2026 and 2027, with CMA CGM AIR CARGO being the launch airline for this new aircraft.
The Cargo Sales Executive shall introduce the cargo product in the market, maintain sales, and uphold a high standard of service to customers, control cargo operations, recommend, implement, and effectively control pricing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The outside sales executive is responsible for hunting business.
- Maintain and expand business in the assigned area.
- Expand the existing customer base and target unserviced customers to develop business relationships with them.
- Ensure group synergy with stakeholders and participate in all cross-selling activities to identify sales leads and generate solutions for customers.
- Participate in the Sales Rate sheet for the market.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and resolve potential issues or problems with clients.
- Create awareness of all products and services in the area to increase the market presence of CCAC and generate future sales.
- Develop a sales network and price structure to attain targets and increase revenues, including visits to customers.
- Implement customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day contacts with key relevant stakeholders: freight forwarders, shippers, industry players, etc.
- Analyze and report on market conditions and trends, benchmark the competition landscape to leverage CCAC's competitive advantages and network, bearing in mind the CMA-CGM group capabilities.
- Strictly follow company guidelines and policies.
- Prepare sales activity reports and update the CRM tool.
- Be involved in defining business strategies with the Sales Manager.
- Possibility that the outside sales executive may be required to make some bookings.

- Must possess a complete understanding of flight/cargo operations.

CONDITIONS:
- Permanent contract.
- Executive status with a fixed number of working days.
- It should be noted that the chosen person will spend 70% of their time at our offices based at CDG and 30% of their time visiting clients.
