The Global Commercial Excellence Professional is an indispensable interface between all BD background roles. As the owner of the customer domains, CRM guidelines (C-View) and BD Ops guidelines, the governance manager must ensure that there are clear, non-overlapping and enforceable rules. He/she acts as a counterpart within the sales excellence community on a global and regional level.




  • Act as data parenting owner, customer hierarchy expert and key advisor for MDM and BD Planning
  • Creates, improves and harmonizes BD CRM processes globally to influences the C-View development.
  • Creates, improves and coordinates the BD guidelines including BOB, Target setting and BD Data with all parties, globally and regionally.
  • Acts as the main contact in the above areas for sales excellence and MDM.
  • Is a consultant for internal projects that handle the guidelines and the resulting data.
  • Supports the nomination and customer-defining processes in the Sales Excellence area.
  • Manages and develops all governance support roles.
  • Is responsible for change management within the global sales operations team.
  • Consistently pursue innovation, identify areas for improvement to understand and address BD needs
  • Participate in and support adhoc strategic projects as required.





  • Degree in logistics, business or equivalent
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Experience with BD background processes and data management.
  • Experience with cross-functional data and management reporting.
  • Experience with management of CRM and MDM processes.
  • Process driven and always seeking for continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in management and governance tasks including data management.
  • Strong analytics skills
  • Mature judgement and decision-making




  • Several years of experience as a governance expert in sales operations.
  • Experience within the Group with track record in interacting efficiently with various department including regional structures
  • Experience with sales processes, budgeting and financial reporting.
