As an Account Support Specialist, you and your colleagues support the back office by processing and resolving incoming service requests in the ticket system. These requests may involve purchasing devices and accessories, addressing delivery inquiries, collaborating with Vodafone co-workers on inventory reports, and more. If you are seeking a position with diverse tasks and the ability to make a meaningful impact, this is the job for you.


You collaborate with Project Managers, Process Owners, Operations departments in our warehouses, Vodafone customer service, and various carriers and suppliers. Communication primarily takes place via email in English, while internal discussions occur either in the office or through Teams. Your contributions can make a significant difference by helping colleagues identify bottlenecks and enhance processes.


You will be part of a team comprising 7 other Account Support Specialists and the Manager of Account Support, stationed in Waalwijk. The team operates in a hybrid manner, alternating between working from home and the office.




  • Proactively identify and propose improvements in our services;
  • Respond to customer and colleague inquiries regarding order processing, backorders, shipments, and returns via email;
  • Manage inventory and contribute to the purchasing process;
  • Assist in shipment investigations;
  • Generate reports using data from various systems and communicate relevant information to stakeholders.




  • Completion of a degree at MBO level 4;
  • Proficiency in working with multiple systems and advanced Excel skills;
  • Initiative-taking, situational awareness, and strong teamwork;
  • Proficient English language skills in both speaking and writing;
  • Full-time availability during office hours is preferred.

  • You will receive a monthly salary between € 2.468,02 and € 3.512,02 and 8% vacation allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);
  • You will start with a one-year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;
  • Everyone gets 25 vacation days, with the possibility of earning four additional days if you are not sick;
