YOUR ROLE

Are you interested in scaling innovative solutions and drive projects across different sets of expertise in the Finish Vehicle Logistics activities? Are you passionate about combining operational and commercial input to design and find solutions for customers ?

If so, we have the opportunity to work as Mobility & Dedicated Car Solutions Officer at CEVA Logistics. In this role you can diversify the product offering at CEVA Logistics backed by a full-fledged “Car-as-a-customer platform”.

This role is based in Oosterhout, NL.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You will work closely with FVL site managers (In NL and outside) to allow a smooth transition while creating commercial momentum in single unit network and for the mobility & fleet management
• You will work with different entities to bring innovative solutions into their markets (e.g. Demofleet); be their go-to-person to unlock complex roadblocks (e.g. new space requirements, IT workarounds etc.)
• You will be supporting commercial development in close collaboration with BD and Product design teams
• You accompany OEMs in their direct-to-customer journey and monitor current and upcoming large tenders
• You will design transport agencies specifically focused on single unit networks, with dedicated operating assets (transport station, car-carrier trucks)
• You will support the BD team to boost the “special transport” offering (e.g. luxury OEMs, OEM suppliers etc.)
• You will design and producing operational performance KPIs; with the support of GHO / RHO (Business Performance Excellence, Control Tower, Shared Competency Centers & On-Boarding)

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR 

• You have operational experience / knowledge 
• You have an innovative and creative mindset
• You are customer oriented within the operational activities
• Having experience in automotive, transport, fleet, operations, lease industry, etc. is a plus
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
