YOUR ROLE

As Operational Training Lead you are responsible for the (further) development of the training programs for the logistics operations within our warehouse. You’re able to manage all stakeholders, to make sure that the training of the operators is as effective and efficient as possible. Furthermore, you’re responsible for the ‘on the job’ training of our employees and for instructing them in the right way. So, in this position, you are the trainers trainer.

To achieve the above mentioned goals, you work closely together with Operations, Workforce, HR, LEAN-colleagues and Learning & Development professionals.

As Operational Training Lead you report to the Manager Operational Training, in one of our bol. fulfilment warehouses in Waalwijk.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Structure, coordinate and realize operational training programs;
  • Provide training and instructions for the trainers;
  • Formulate and develop the operational training policy;
  • Take care of the implementation, follow up and reporting of the operational training policy;
  • You work closely together with your colleagues to improve the training programs.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or a MBO4 diploma;
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a large logistics operation;
  • Experience with development and training of employees;
  • You are communicative and have no trouble giving feedback;  
  • Decisiveness and understanding are words that define you;
  • You’re fulltime available and can read and write English and preferably Dutch as well.

  • You will receive a monthly salary between € 2.626,10 and € 3.755,57 and 8% vacation allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);
  • You will start with a one-year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;
  • Everyone gets 25 vacation days, with the possibility of earning four additional days if you are not sick;
  • We have an advantageous pension plan, travel reimbursement and discounts on various insurances.
