YOUR ROLE
Just like our customer bol, the planning team in the Data Analytics department is continuously growing. You have the opportunity to improve the results of our logistics operation for bol. with your expertise.
As a Supply Chain Planner, your sharp analyses allow you to gain insights into the process times for the logistics operation. Based on the forecast, you determine the volumes we want and can process, as well as the number of employees required for various processes. You discuss your analytical proposals for both process times and planning with the appropriate stakeholders, both internally and externally. Your combination of analytical and interpersonal skills keeps all stakeholders informed.
Working together with your colleagues, you focus on improving our planning every day. You manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle the expectations of internal and external stakeholders. Proactively and independently, you make improvement proposals throughout the entire "forward logistics" planning cycle, maintaining close communication with bol.com. Additionally, you participate in brainstorming future customer projects with your team. The resulting projects are coordinated by you, and you collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. For instance, you might assist other colleagues with a business case or receive support in explaining a process change or deviation.
Your primary location is our office in Waalwijk, but you will regularly work at other Waalwijk sites. You will join an enthusiastic team where hard work is balanced with humor. In this role, you report to the Manager Data Analytics.
