YOUR ROLE

As a Team Coordinator, you coordinate the work on the warehouse floor. You are clearly visible in the workplace, you are confident and you have a 'hands on' mentality. In addition, you identify issues and keep an overview. You are familiar with logistic processes, in a way that you are up and running in your new position in no time!

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• You coordinate, guide, motivate and enthuse your team of Operators and Flex workers;
• You identify and solve problems in the workplace;
• You also make preparations for an efficient execution of the work within your sub-process;
• You inform and, in consultation with your team leader, you pick up process improvements;
• You report the progress of the work to your Team Leader.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have demonstrable work experience in a logistics working environment;
• Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding are keywords that apply to you;
• You are available full-time and can be deployed flexibly;
• You master the Dutch or English language verbally and in writing;
• Because public transport opportunities are limited to and from our warehouse, having you own transportation is mandatory;
• You are available full time and (in time) willing to work in shifts.

• You will receive a monthly salary between €2.422,20 and €3.313,30 and 8% holiday allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);
• You start with a one-year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;
• Everyone gets 25 holidays, with the possibility of earning four extra days if you are sick;
• We have a favourable pension scheme, travel allowance and discounts on various insurances;
• Opportunities to further develop yourself through courses and training, through the CEVA Academy. The possibilities als include studying alongside your work.
