YOUR ROLE

As a Team Coordinator Bol. Fulfillment Center (BFC), you will oversee and coordinate warehouse operations. With your strong presence on the work floor and hands-on mentality, you effectively manage daily tasks while maintaining a clear overview. Your familiarity with logistics processes ensures you can hit the ground running in this role. Working in 2 shifts, you will report directly to the Team Leader of your assigned process.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• You coordinate, guide, motivate and inspire your team of Operators and Flex workers;
• You identify and solve problems in the workplace;
• You make preparations for an efficient execution of the work within your sub-process;
• You inform and, in consultation with your Team Leader, you implement process improvements;
• You report the progress of the work to your Team Leader.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have proven experience in a logistics working environment;
• Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding are keywords that apply to you;
• You master the English language verbally and in writing and preferably Dutch;
• Because public transport opportunities are limited to and from our warehouse, having you own transportation is mandatory;
• You are available full time and (in time) willing to work in shifts.

- You will receive a monthly salary between € 2422,20 and € 3313,30 and 8% holiday allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);

- You start with a one-year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;

- Everyone gets 25 holidays, with the possibility of earning four extra days if you are not sick;

- We have a favourable pension scheme, travel allowance and discounts on various insurances; 

- Opportunities to further develop yourself through courses and training, via the CEVA Academy. The possibilities also include studying alongside your work.
