YOUR ROLE

As Team Coordinator, you coordinate the work in the warehouse. You are highly visible on the work floor, confident in your role, and have a hands-on mentality. Additionally, you identify problems and maintain an overview of operations. With your knowledge of logistics processes, you can quickly get up to speed in your new position. You work in 2 shifts, report to the Teamleader of the process you are working on and work from our bol. location on the Veerweg.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Coordinate, guide, motivate and inspire your team of Operators and Flex workers;
• Identify and resolve workplace issues;
• Prepare for the efficient execution of tasks within your sub-process;
• Communicate and, in consultation with your Team Leader, implement process improvements;
• Report work progress to your Team Leader.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have demonstrable work experience in a logistics working environment;
• Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding are keywords that apply to you;
• You master the English language verbally and in writing;
• Because public transport opportunities are limited to and from our warehouse, having you own transportation is mandatory;
• You are available full time and (in time) willing to work in shifts.

• A monthly salary between € 2.422,20 and €3.313,30 and 8% vacation allowance (salary scale depending on education and work experience);

• A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position;

• Everyone gets 25 vacation days, with the possibility of earning four additional days if you are not sick;
