HOW DO YOU MAKE OUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY?

By managing and coaching our logistics outbound department! A role in which you can make a difference. And it is up to you to get that out of it! How are you going to do that? By organizing your department. The dynamics are great - you never get bored! You have an eye for detail to plan the operation. And coaching skills to help your team develop.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR?

You will manage and organize your team. Together you will ensure that the KPIs are achieved and it is up to you to monitor the progress of the logistical performance of your team. You can determine the correct capacity requirement and personnel planning based on the forecast and the performance standards. Setting priorities is no problem for you and you will deal with any complaints. You also know how to keep your team motivated and coach them in their development! Furthermore, you like to work on process optimization, where you have an analytical attitude towards the results of your team. You do not ignore deviations and opportunities for improvements and you proactively address them within our LEAN philosophy, where themes such as 5S, Six Sigma and Kaizens come into play!

  • Manage and organize your team by, among other things, determining the correct capacity requirement and personnel planning and dividing the work;
  • Monitor the progress of the logistical performance of your team and adjust them if necessary;
  • Analyze the team results and proactively address opportunities for (process) improvements; • Further develop and coach your team, so that performance is taken to an even higher level;
  • Continuously improve your team and participate in projects aimed at improving the organization and our processes (using the LEAN philosophy).

Do you recognize yourself in the following characteristics?

  • Logistics management is running through your veins! You may have a degree in logistics and you have several years of management experience in logistics;
  • You are a captain! You know how to get your team on board with your vision of logistics and you coach them in this;
  • Projects aimed at improvement give you energy! Based on the needs of the customer, you will tackle all kinds of projects together with your colleagues;
  • Structure and overview are of paramount importance to you. Details catch your eye and you use them to plan your department.
  • You can make yourself understood in English in conversation and via email;

 

WHER ARE YOU GOING TO WORK?

You will be working at our location in Eindhoven! The warehouse (45.000 m2!) has two floors and the atmosphere is mainly characterized as professional with an informal touch. There is plenty of room for fun and bonding! Within CEVA we have two services, where you as a Supervisor in services. You are supported by 4 Assistant Warehouse Supervisors and together your department consists of 65 employees. You report to the Operations Manager and work closely with colleagues from Customer Service and Inventory Control. The nice and interesting thing about this location is that a new automation system will be implemented, which will bring the goods to you. It is partly up to you to make this successful.

  • A gross monthly salary between € 2.994 and € 4.145 plus 8% holiday pay (classification depending on, among other things, your work experience and level of education);
