WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Design and delivery a range of learning experiences, either through internal resources or external learning providers that develops the leadership, behavioral and technical skills of the business.
  • Planning & execution of management/ leadership & soft skills programs as well as competencies assessments
  • Deployment of talent development solutions in line with Talent Management EE strategy
  • Support delivery of training, logistics, facilitators, third-party relationships
  • Training effectiveness evaluation and programs adjustment
  • Digital content development, through story boarding, e-learning and other training methods to create flexible and innovative learning programs.
  • Employee onboarding process support by providing orientation & induction solutions
  • Support Performance Management process
  • Talent appraisal and management: assessment of key competencies, succession planning, individual and organizational development plans, coaching;
  • Digital acceleration: contribute to innovate and keep up-to-date HRIS platform re Talent, Performance, Learning, Onboarding;
  • Maintain strong stakeholder engagement through the facilitation of meetings and assist with the identification of learning experiences to drive a culture of continuous performance management.
  • Remain current on learning and development related tools, techniques, strategies and practices.

 

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the areas of learning, talent development, HR business partnering in complex organizations/ international environment
  • Experience in trainings design & delivery (as internal or external trainer) or facilitation
  • High proficiency in English, other languages would be an asset 
  • Strong pro-activeness and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize.
  • Passion for working with people, knowledge, and skills sharing.
  • Strong MS Excel and ppt. skills.
  • A positive ‘can-do’ attitude, open-mind & sense of humor
  • Developed communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in front of larger audience
  • Proven ability to work creatively and in an ambiguous environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
  • A proven ability to build positive relationships & credibly influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Current knowledge of effective best practice learning and development methods/techniques
  • Proven experience of using and implementing e-learning platforms and learning management systems
  • A systematic and structure approach, with strong knowledge and experience in project management and learning management systems
  • Experience of managing training budgets and ensuring ROI
  • Valid, unrestricted driving license (B category) holder, combined with driving practice
  • Flexibility to travel within Eastern Europe countries
