YOUR ROLE

 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised Administrator Controller to join the team based in Ryton-on-Dunsmore (just outside Coventry) where you will ensure the effective and efficient co-ordination of the site admin procedures.

 

This role will see you working Monday to Friday within the office hours.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Reporting into the Head of Business Support you will lead and motivate a small administration team based on site. You will take ownership of all administration activities on-site relating to compliance, purchasing, payroll and reporting and drive best practice to achieve customer service and operational excellence ensuring any absence or capability issues are managed in line with company policies and procedures.

 

You will ensure the management and maintenance of contract and site personnel records to the required standards, regularly review internal administration procedures with a view to continuously improve processes, practices and maintain an optimal level of operational efficiency and resource at all times, ensuring operational procedures and processes meet quality requirements, and drive performance improvements through auditing processes and robust reporting mechanisms.


 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record within an administrative management role, ideally within a fast-paced 3PL logistics operation. You must have excellent people management skills and be able to work under pressure, prioritising workload within a busy environment. This pivotal role will form part of the site management team with close working relationships with wider operational teams. 

You will be IT proficient able to use various systems and MS packages, possess demonstrable experience of cost control, organisational and problem-solving skills, as well as strong collaborative skills with a mind-set that looks to create a high-performance culture.
