YOUR ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a site-based Administrator to join our team at our multiuser site in Wellesbourne where you will support in coordinating and monitoring administration aspects of Finance, Payroll, Training, HR Compliance, Absence Management, Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality and Facilities.
This role will see you working Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 with some flexibility required.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring the site meets company standards and requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting site administration and ensuring compliance with audits such as Security Audits, Site Classification Assessments (SCA), and HSEQ Audits.
- Managing time and attendance data for payroll and resolving payroll queries with the Head Office team.
- Processing the weekly agency payroll, including spot checks on rates, hours, and manager approvals.
- Handling new starter and termination forms on the system, updating records, and coordinating changes with HR Shared Services.
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR by securely processing and storing personnel data, including scanning records to HRSS.
- Monitoring and managing site consumables and placing orders to prevent shortages in consumables and packaging materials.
- Producing weekly KPI for customer and presentation packs to site management.
- Being involved in other ad hoc tasks.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar environment, ideally within a 3PL company. You will excel at working to deadlines and managing your workload effectively, demonstrating exceptional organizational and communication skills.
As this role involves regular interaction with stakeholders at all levels, the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships is essential. Proficiency in IT, including MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is also required.
