YOUR ROLE
Our FVL Sales team is excited to announce an opportunity for a talented, tenacious, and self-driven Business Development Manager. In this role you will leverage your consultative, customer-focused approach to drive growth by identifying, developing and expanding new new business opportunities in supply chain and logistics solutions.
The primary focus will be on developing sales within the rental, leasing and OEM sectors, so strong experience and in-depth knowledge within these areas are essential.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting to the Head of FVL Sales, you will play an active role in shaping growth and strategy for the vertical, with a focus on both new and existing business opportunities. You’ll create, develop, and drive your own business plan for automotive and lease customers, targeting specific accounts and promoting our products and services. By building trusted relationships with prospective customers and understanding their unique needs, you’ll deliver compelling solutions that drive success for our clients.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a candidate with solid automotive knowledge and at least 3 years of industry experience, primarily focused on the Leasing, Rental, and OEM sectors. You should have a proven record of driving sustained growth and the ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline through strategic, targeted planning. Experience in creating compelling value propositions and skillfully influencing and negotiating at senior levels—including commercial contracting and seamless handover to our expert operations team—is essential.
Your understanding of the solutions you’re selling will ensure they meet our customers’ needs, are commercially viable, and align with our business values. We seek a determined, self-sufficient, and fearless professional with outstanding networking skills and exceptional communication abilities.
You will hold a valid UK driver license.
