For our location in Wiesbaden, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to support the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) department as soon as possible.

 

 

 

YOUR FUTURE ROLE:

 

  • You will support our QHSE team in day-to-day business by, among other things, creating more specialised documents such as monthly reports, etc.  
  • You will maintain internal tools (Microsoft Excel, Access) as well as the company's own software systems in the area of QHSE (after familiarisation) 
  • You are responsible for the creation of organisational charts for the locations in Germany and Austria
  • You will provide support in the maintenance and generation of reports
  • You will also be responsible for recording data (e.g. working hours in systems)

 

 

YOUR IDEAL PROFILE:

 

  • You are currently studying economics, a technical engineering degree programme or similar
  • You are a proactive personality who is well organised and works in a structured and reliable manner
  • Your German language skills are at native speaker level and you have a good command of English
  • You are confident in using MS Office and are open to new software tools
