We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist for our location in Wijchen! In this role you will inform your customers about the status of the flow of goods and its administrative processing. You will maintain customer contact by providing the correct order processing information to the customer and ensure that the customers are satisfied with the way you maintain contact with them! You are also alert in the handling of orders and you ensure that they are registered in a timely and correct manner. Orders that are special or disrupted, will be taken on proactively by you with the warehouse team! In addition, you manage the administration, guaranteeing the completeness of files and the order registrations are correct. Because of you, the accompanying documents are correct and the invoices are prepared on time and correctly. Finally, the great thing about this role is that you can take on various projects, so that the wishes of the customer are fulfilled!


As a Customer Service Specialist you are part of a Customer Service team of 3 colleagues and together you are responsible for several customers. Every customer has their own wishes, questions and needs, so no day is the same for you! The atmosphere is professional yet informal. You report to the Office Supervisor and your working hours vary between 08:00 and 16:30, but flexibility is desired.



As Customer Service Specialist you will:

  • Handling the issues / customer requests in close cooperation with Operations;
  • Prepare, process and check required documents in accordance with the guidelines;
  • Manage the administration of customer data (complaints, questions, appointments, customer data, overviews);
  • Ensuring a good customer relationship by providing correct and timely information and maintaining contact with the customer; an
  • Participation in internal and external projects within the Ceva LEAN philosophy.



We are looking for someone who brings the following knowledge and experience:

  • MBO/HBO work and level of thinking, possibly added with a course in logistics;
  • Experience in a similar role;
  • Social and communication skills;
  • Independent and a proactive attitude;
  • Numerical insight and analytical skills;
  • Skilled with the English language in word and writing. Dutch is a plus;
  • Basic Excel skills, such as making a Pivot Table and a Vlookup; and
  • Fulltime availability.

  • A competitive gross salary between € 2.205 and € 3.121 depending on your work experience and level of education;
