Roles & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be working in close collaboration with local HR team in  in the APAC region, excluding the Singapore regional office.

Reporting to the Regional Senior HR Manager, you will be partnering with the local HR Team and respective General Managers in APAC countries on all HR related matters, in alignment with the Global Experience Network in the region and headquarter.

 

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Supporting the team of country HR (Human Resources) personnel across multiple geographies in the region to enable strong execution of HR operations processes and Group’s systems across APAC.
  • Working alongside country HR to ensure the delivery of organization solutions that is align with business directions and projects.
  • Maintain strong partnership with business leaders & COE Leads across Asia Pacific and in the Headquarters.
  • Work in partnership with COEs, to roll out Group People initiatives such as People Review, Performance Review, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Benefits Harmonization, etc.
  • Work closely with Agency Management team in project monitoring and headcount movements in the region.
  • Participate in APAC people plan to identify capabilities gaps, developed build and buy talent strategies and execute these strategies in alignment of over-arching business plans.
  • Act as an advisory role to the local HR team in the Group’s initiative planning and implementation, and to build a high-performance culture and a highly engaged workforce through the identification, engagement, motivating and retaining of top talent.

To be successful in this role, you need to be an excellent HR Business Partner with strong alignment and understanding towards the business. You also enjoy working with people across cultures and borders and is at ease working with a large and international team. Knowledge of APAC labour and labour practice is an advantage.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 5-8 years of HR generalist experience in multinational companies and exposure to APAC region.
  • Comfortable in working with ambiguity and complex situations as an independent individual contributor 
  • Good stakeholder management on all levels, including senior leadership team
  • Strong collaboration, consultative and influencing skills
  • Organized and self-driven with good analytical skills
  • Ability to travel when needed
