Your Role:

Your role will be to deploy the Global QMS in all business areas of CEVA organization and ensure the right level of compliance to CEVA core processes. Define QMS KPI’s and boost the continuous improvement within the organization. Also you will deliver competent support to all relevant Regions/sites in order to design, realize and develop highest quality standards in each process while building and sharing knowledge across CEVA.
Last but not least you will be the ambassador of the quality culture within the CEVA organization.

What are you going to do:

•    Define Global Integrated Management System framework, governance, compliance monitoring. Deploy directives, requirements standards to regions & countries
•    Deliver competent support to all relevant Regions/sites in order to design, realize and develop highest quality standards in each process while building and sharing knowledge across CEVA.
•    Define and manage Key Performance Indicators that can ensure the right level of QMS performance 
•    Manage Global documentation of QMS within required IT systems 
•    Coordinate Quality Audit program for Ceva (internal/global supplier, guiding local audit programs and global relationship with certification companies).
•    Coordinate Management Review process and regional follow up
•    Ensure Inspection Readiness globally and across regions
•    Deploy digitalization projects of QMS processes in organization as per needs
•    Develop the QA team capabilities and managing team of direct reports

Who are we looking for ?

University Degree Bac+4/5
5-8 years’ experience in Quality within logistics, consumer goods, medical devices or pharma of which at least 3 years in a managerial role.
International organization experience with working with different countries.
Practical experience in working and auditing QMS Standards (ISO 9001 – must, recommended also one of: ISO 13485, GDP, GMP, food safety, cosmetics GMP)
Preferred lead auditor documented qualification, minimum internal auditor certification and conducting audits for more than 3 years.
