The Pricing and Quoting Professional Mexico at CEVA A&O Mexico plays a crucial role within the Pricing and Quoting department under the Air and Ocean Transverse division. Positioned in Mexico City's Alcaldía Benito Juárez, this role focuses on optimizing and designing competitive and sustainable logistics proposals for our valued clients.

This role involves comprehensive responsibilities to ensure proposals align with market conditions and client requirements. You will be expected to analyze and craft the most efficient logistic solutions tailored to specific service requests, negotiating rates and availability with providers to guarantee the feasibility and sustainability of offerings. A key aspect of your work will include analyzing and standardizing market tariffs to maintain competitive pricing, supporting the company’s commitment to delivering value-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and designing optimal logistics proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiating service rates and availability with suppliers to guarantee sustainable and feasible proposals.
• Standardizing and analyzing market tariffs for effective pricing strategies.
• Meeting established KPIs and OKRs related to response times, pricing accuracy, and overall department objectives.
• Preparing and presenting detailed weekly and monthly reports that highlight results and action plans for continuous improvement.
• Collaborating closely with leadership to develop specific capabilities targeted towards strategic business segments.
• Participating in both in-person and virtual meetings with the Business Development team to strengthen the technical sales process and client relationships.
• Implementing vendor relationship management and regular business reviews with strategic suppliers to enhance negotiations covering pricing, availability, and operational conditions.
• Ensuring diligent follow-up on commitments with the commercial team to maintain alignment and customer satisfaction.
• Prospecting, qualifying, attracting, and integrating new suppliers to address evolving area needs and business demands.
• Handling additional tasks as assigned to support departmental goals and organizational growth.
