Job Purpose
Joining Ceva Lead Logistics (CLL) Strategic Projects and Transformation Manager, you will be part of the dynamic product – a portfolio of high-value businesses (4PL, Reusable Packaging, Device Lifecycle, Global Events Logistics), with a direct exposure to CLL management. Your mission will involve contributing to the definition and implementation of product strategies through market research, data analysis and tracking, project planning and deployment.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver analytical projects from identifying data and modelling impacts to delivering key messages in a synthetic deck based on deep-dived analysis
- Support strategic data tracking and reporting
- Handle project management: define top priorities, timelines and milestones, identify stakeholders and task owners, ensure good progress on all streams, collaborating with the relevant teams
- Identify risks and roadblocks and deploy mitigating actions
- Facilitate communication around the projects
- Conduct market research and benchmark to identify trends, opportunities and challenge CLL position within the logistics sectors
- Support the CLL communication and marketing roadmap
- Support target operational model and organization, process alignments
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
Education & Qualifications: Master’s degree student in top Engineering or Business Schools. Master 2 Level desirable.
Experience: At least one relevant 6-months internship already completed. Two relevant internships completed with a length from 4 to 6 months desirable.
Specialist Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent computer software proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Special interest in transportation and logistics
- Willingness to work internationally in a collaborative way
Demonstrates a certain level of maturity and autonomy and demonstrates problem-solving skills desirable.
Interpersonal & Communication: Skills Fluent in French and English. At least one experience abroad (either university exchange or internship) desirable.
