YOUR ROLE
Within the Sales Effectiveness team, you assist the Trade Manager(s) in the management and commercial animation in order to achieve the objectives defined by the lines.
You are responsible for compliance with the application of trade policy in different markets. You produce, publish, disseminate, monitor and update weekly and monthly tables summarizing qualitative and quantitative commercial activity France.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
In this context, under the authority of the Sales Effectiveness Manager, you maintain performance monitoring tools on a daily basis to ensure the optimal filling of allocations related to the line, the sales teams and the customer service.
After compiling and analyzing all the sales data, you are in charge of providing fill forecasts to the lines and you can perform corrective actions with the sales teams.
You make queries using different computer systems in order to draw up reports by market and by service (vessel profiles) for the attention of the Lines.
You collect, manage and return line information with distribution to the branch network (Routing, Transit Time, GRI, THC, surcharges, allocations, modifications services, capacity, and priority management in case of overbooking).
You produce internal reports and assist with internal or external presentations and meeting preparations.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
You have a undergraduate degree in International trade or Logistic Transport, you ideally have an experience of at least 6 months in a commercial / marketing function(office) ideally in the maritime domain. You have good command of IT and Office tools and you speak English fluently.
Your interpersonal skills and team spirit your team spirit will be essential to communicate efficiently with your numerous contacts. Your self-sufficiency, your organization skills, your rigor, reactivity and proactivity will allow you to perform successfully in this position.
