Business Controller (GEN)

MISSION:

Rattaché(e) au Département Finance, vous êtes positionné(e) au sein du pôle Contrôle de Gestion et travaillez sous la responsabilité fonctionnelle du Département Global Expérience Network « GEN ».

RESPONSABILITES:

1.    Assurer et développer le pilotage de la performance du Groupe (analyse des postes du P&L local) :

• Etablir le reporting consolidé mensuel des agences et Regional Offices sous la responsabilité du GEN
• Analyser des indicateurs de performance et leurs évolutions pour éclairer la Direction
• Réaliser les études ad hoc suite aux demandes des différentes directions du Groupe (Direction Financière et Direction Global Expérience Network)
• Mise en place de nouveaux KPI de suivi des coûts
• Participer à la mise en œuvre du budget et des révisions budgétaires

2.    Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Finance HO et en Région :

• Etendre les analyses produites au siège à chaque région
• Analyser et contrôler les informations obtenues
• Contribuer et travailler à la simplification des process et à la digitalisation des Reportings
• Travailler à la mise en place d’outils permettant de mettre en évidence les variations significatives (vue macro  et micro)

• PROFIL ET COMPETENCES :
  Master en commerce ou en ingénierie avec des compétences financières importantes
• Une expérience de minimum 5 ans sur un poste similaire ou en Audit ou en Transaction Services
• Être à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et le traitement de données et les outils de restitution
• Excellente maitrise des outils informatiques : Excel, Power BI, Power Point, Think cell, Qliksense, Onestream, Sharepoint
• Bon niveau d’anglais
• Rigoureux, organisé, dynamique et autonome.

BUSINESS CONTROLLER GEN (agencies et Ro ww)

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Finance Department, you will work within the Business Control division and under the functional responsibility of the Global Experience Network "GEN" Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Ensuring and developing the Group's performance management (analysis of the Local P&L items): 

• Establish the monthly consolidated report of the Agencies and Regional Offices under the responsibility of GEN.
• Analysing performance indicators and their changes in order to provide guidance to Management 
• Carrying out ad hoc studies in response to requests from various Group departments (Finance Department and Global Experience Network Department) 
• Implementing new cost monitoring KPIs
• Participating in the implementation of the budget and budget revisions

2.    Working closely with the Finance teams based in the Regions:

• Extend the analyses produced at the Head Office to each region
• Analysing and checking the information obtained
• Contribute to and work on simplifying processes and digitising reporting
• Develop tools to highlight significant variations (macro and micro views)

PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in business or engineering with strong financial skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, or in Audit or Transaction Services.
• Comfortable with computer tools, data processing, and reporting tools
• Excellent command of IT tools: Excel, Excel, Power BI, Power Point, Think Cell, Qliksense, Onestream, Sharepoint.
• Good level of English
• Rigorous, organised, dynamic and autonomous.
  Team spirit, communication skills.
  Strong analytical skills.
