YOUR ROLE
Join the HR Department within the SIHR (Information Systems for HR) service and contribute to the development of our ongoing projects. As an intern, you will primarily work on the functional side of the system, providing support to the teams. You will also be involved in addressing persistent needs, with the opportunity to participate in knowledge transfer and actively contribute to creating a positive dynamic within the teams.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
• Assist the project manager in coordinating the various project stages (planning, monitoring, execution, and closure).
• Contribute to resource management by tracking schedules and budgets, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Support internal and external communication between teams and stakeholders by preparing reports, progress updates, and presentations.
• Perform risk analyses and feasibility studies to anticipate issues and propose appropriate solutions.
• Help set up project management tools by participating in the configuration and optimization of software and project tracking methods.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
• Final-year student in higher education (Master's degree) in computer science, human resources, or a related field.
• Good understanding of information systems and HR processes.
• Ability to analyze and solve functional problems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good level of English.
