INTERNSHIP - Tender Desk Officer

YOUR ROLE

    
Within the Lines and in collaboration with the Head of the Tender Desk, you will support the team of Tender Officers by coordinating the commercial negotiations of key account tenders and ensuring their operational follow-up.
 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

•    You will ensure the preparation of CMA CGM offers for tenders through continuous coordination and supervision.
•    You will respond to key account tenders within the specified deadlines and coordinate the negotiated rates with the Lines.
•    You will be the main contact for agents, the GBS/SSC, and clients regarding commercial and operational follow-up, providing key information on the negotiated commercial terms.
•    You will be responsible for identifying customer segments for the Tender Desk, actively participating in the development, maintenance, and improvement of reporting tools.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

•    You are preparing a Master 2 (BAC +5) in Commerce or Logistics.
•    You are comfortable using Excel spreadsheets and are willing to reach an advanced level. You should enjoy using this tool.
•    You are comfortable with IT tools in general.
•    You have a good command of English, both spoken and written.
•    You enjoy working in a team and have a good team spirit.
•    You have a logical and structured mind.
•    You are attentive to others.
•    You have a thirst for learning.
