Internship - Business analyst

YOUR ROLE

 

CMA CGM Air Cargo is the air freight subsidiary of CMA CGM. Currently operating 4 cargo planes, the company runs routes between Europe, Asia, and the United States. 

CMA CGM Air Cargo has a dedicated IT team that supports the business in the areas of air operations, commercial operations, and finance. 

As a "Business Analyst Intern," you will support several projects in the field of air operations, participating in the phases of requirements gathering, design, implementation, and functional testing. 

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ? 

 

  • Analyze business needs and document them 

  • Define the business rules to be configured in the software 

  • Design the interfaces (data exchange flows) between applications, particularly via APIs 

  • Write test scenarios to validate the solutions before they go live 

  • Provide support to developers during the implementation phase 

 

Topics the intern will work on: 

 

  • Replacement of the pilot training tracking tool 

  • Digitalization of the pilot and maintenance logbook 

  • Redesign project for integrating schedules into the rest of the IS 

  

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ? 

 

  • You are in your 2nd or 3rd year of engineering school, specializing in air transport IT systems or from a general engineering school with an option in information systems or computer science 

  • You have solid cross-functional IT knowledge 

  • You have a strong interest in the air transport sector 

  • You are fluent in English (mandatory) 

  • You have excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
