Internship - Commercial Assistant Special Cargo

YOUR ROLE
Within the Project Cargo division, you will contribute to the global commercial development of special transport projects for oversized and heavy cargo in a specific group of lines and sectors.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Conduct technical and operational studies on project cargo shipments and work on quotations to provide commercial offers to clients.
• Manage projects from client request to operational execution.
• Ensure effective coordination between various stakeholders: sales, vessel operations, port terminals, surveyors, clients, etc.
• Oversee operational follow-up and coordination of freight operations.
• Engage with the network of agents to help them promote our service offerings and capabilities, optimizing their performance and achieving their sales targets.
• Monitor the development of the project cargo client portfolio and participate in negotiating commercial offers with strategic clients.
• Produce analytical reports and evaluate the impact of these developments on the Division, regularly reporting performance indicators to your manager, including corrective actions.
• Develop the annual budget and business plan.
• Participate in the division’s transformation and innovation projects and processes.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (BAC +4 or 5) in Business and/or Marketing.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You are proficient in computer tools, particularly Excel.
• You are highly client-oriented and possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to succeed in your role and take on new challenges within our Group.
• You are adaptable and dynamic.
