YOUR ROLE :

 

Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, you will act as the Director of a Business Unit with a budget of €1.5 billion over five years, to pursue investment actions for the decarbonization of the Group's value chain, both internally (greening of assets and equipment) and externally (start-ups, companies, and funds in the field of energy transition).

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Promotion and Support of Projects to Accelerate Decarbonization of CMA CGM Group Activities
  • Project Instruction in Coordination with Operational Teams (R&D / Energy / CSR / Finance / Tax / Legal / Business / Zebox) and Contract Negotiations
  • Coordination of Files in a Dedicated Committee with Comex Members
  • Presentation of Files to the CSR Committee for Validation by the Presidency
  • Internal Coordination and Reporting of the PULSE Portfolio
  • External Representation of the Group: Preferred Interlocutor on project investment, Representation in Governance Bodies of Participations, Occasional Communication in Coordination with the Communication Department

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Master degree in finance, you have at least 10 years of professional experience in managing investment projects.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities and risks.
  • Capacity to synthesize information to aid in strategic decision-making, including identifying and managing financial, legal, and operational risks related to investments, with knowledge of decarbonization.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, along with negotiation abilities to convince partners and investors.
  • Fluent in English
