THE ROLE : 

Are you aged between 18 and 28 and looking to gain international experience? The CMA CGM Group offers a wide range of International Corporate Volunteer (VIE) opportunities lasting up to 2 years. 

In constant contact with the entire logistics and transport chain, you will discover the workings of a transport agency or sea terminal in a variety of roles and challenges.

At the end of the contract, you will have developed new interpersonal skills, know-how or new technical skills that will enable you to seize new career opportunities.

Our current VIE needs are located in the following countries: Mauritius, Mozambique, Djibouti, and Morocco.

However, from January 2025, we will be launching our annual international VIE recruitment campaign, covering Asia, South America, the United States, Africa, the Middle East, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES : 

You will participate in the development of one of our local structures through assignments in one of our business functions (sales development, market analyst, etc.) or finance.

Business Development :

At the heart of the transport business, you will learn about operational issues in the field. You will mainly contribute to implementing the sales and pricing policy, while monitoring and developing the customer portfolio. You will also be responsible for analysing performance and proposing new opportunities through marketing and organisational studies.  

Finance:

As part of the finance team, you will play a key role in the financial transformation of the agency.  You will be involved in various aspects of the accounting and control functions to ensure the reliability of information, particularly when drawing up the annual budget and monitoring costs.  

PROFILE AND SKILLS : 

• You are aged between 18 and 28 and are a member of the European Union. Please check your eligibility on the Business France website. 
• You have a Master 2 in Business, Finance or Engineering. 
• You have a first significant experience in a company and a first international experience 
• Your proactivity, curiosity and interpersonal skills will enable you to fit in quickly 
• You are fluent in English
