MISSION
You participate, in connection with the various internal services, in the administrative preparation and coordination of the physical port calls of CMA CGM vessels or partner vessels. You are the link between the vessel, local authorities, port services, and handling operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this context, you participate in the administrative preparation of the port call. In cooperation with the various internal departments, you collect the different loading files (CMA CGM and partners) to provide a comprehensive file to the operations services at the headquarters.
ou transmit the loading instructions to the stevedores and ensure the establishment of all the onboard documentation.
You maintain the link with the vessel. Before its arrival at the port, you inform the Captain about the port call documents he must provide to comply with local regulations.
You handle specific requests related to the vessel or the crew's needs (taxi requests, medical appointments, etc.).
You prepare a complete and detailed port call report and check the discrepancies in supplier invoices (stevedoring, piloting, towing, mooring, etc.).
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
With a background in Transport and Logistics training, you ideally have 6 months of experience in an operational role.
You are comfortable with office and computer tools and, if possible, have an intermediate level of English both written and spoken.
You demonstrate rigor, know how to manage priorities, and have a sense of teamwork.
Your interpersonal skills, curiosity, and responsiveness will enable you to successfully carry out the tasks of this position.
