We are looking for temporary extra staff until June 2025 to help set-up and build our current department.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Corporate Paralegal will support the Europe Regional Office Legal department with corporate housekeeping for Group subsidiaries within the Europe region.

The key responsibilities are as such :

• Answering to AML/KYC requests addressed to ERO Group subsidiaries
• Providing support tasks with the corporate housekeeping of group subsidiaries in the Europe region, e.g. 97 legal entities: obtaining management signatures on legal documentation, coordinating legal formalities (legalization, notarization), keeping the Group’s Governance database updated
• Behave, act and build on the One CMA CGM team spirit and in line with the group values

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• A Bachelor/Master in Corporate or Business Law
• Accurate and precise, attention to detail
• Ethics, integrity and respect for the confidentiality of information
• Fluent in English
• Flexible and able to perform under pressure
• Possesses a valid working permit and is based/located in the Netherlands.
