Summary
The analyst will contribute to the growth plan of the Company by monitoring key performance metrices and collaborating with various departments to conduct short- and long-term analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate challenges in the market. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor key commercial metrices such as performance, account receivable, transhipment dwell time to ensure KPI fulfilment
  • Analyse customer performance data and prepare relevant reports/presentations for Business Reviews
  • Prepare weekly reports on attributes such as volume performance and utilization ratios
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to conduct supply and demand analysis on respective trades to anticipate service impact
  • Conduct long term market impact review through detailed analysis on orderbook and anticipate competitors’ capacity deployment
  • Perform detailed analysis on competitors’ strengths, weaknesses, and slot cost estimates
  • Conduct Marco Economics analysis for potential opportunities and threats
  • Conduct contributions analysis through services, origin, type of equipment, customer, segment
  • Explore potential investment opportunities on new market and domestic development via various joint venture or takeover
     

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in International trade, management or relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in maritime industry with focus on logistics, operations,  chartering and asset management 
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in project management
