Regional Sales Efficiency and Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

Your mission:
The Sales Efficiency and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and marketing effectiveness within SSL INEUR scope. This role involves monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), setting action plans for sales teams, evaluating market situations, and implementing efficient solutions for sales management such as reports, dashboards, and CRM systems. The Sales Efficiency and Marketing Manager will also support the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) with analyses for sales strategy and decision-making.
Your responsibilities include:
- KPI and Performance Monitoring: Analyze and report on sales performance metrics to support business decision-making. Ensure the quality of targets and follow up on sales performance
- Action Plans for Sales Teams: Develop, set and implement action plans for sales teams in cooperation with Country Sales Managers
- Market Evaluation: Evaluate market situations, including macro-economic and competitor-specific factors, and set commercial guidelines in cooperation with Trade Management
- Sales Management Solutions: Implement efficient solutions for sales management, including the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and CRM systems. Perform quality checks in CRM (visits, calls, MID, leads, specific opportunities)
- Support to CCO: Provide analyses and insights to support the CCO in developing and executing sales strategies. Assist in target setting and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Proactive Support and Motivation: Pro-actively challenge, support, and motivate Country Sales Managers in their management of the sales team
- Communication and External Marketing Support: Drive external marketing and communication initiatives in cooperation with the communications department
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including marketing, communications, IT, and customer service, to ensure the successful implementation of sales and marketing initiatives

- Strong data analysis and diagnosis skills
- Proficiency in calculation methods and statistical analysis
- Experience in commercial activity management and reporting
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools and software/IT applications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English
