For our SSL INEUR Headoffice in Hamburg we are recruiting a Tariff Assistant (f/m/d):
Your responsibilities include:
- Maintain and validate tariffs in our system in a timely manner.
- Ensure data quality and reduce tariff entry errors to a bare minimum.
- Manage requests / projects by liaising closely with other head office departments (Trade, Land, Controlling) as well as the European agency network.
- Maintain the accuracy standards set for the department as a whole.
- Optimize the existing system and support in setting new standards.
- Support the Operations Intermoddal team with other related tasks.
You bring aboard:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or successful completion of relevant vocational training (e.g. shipping clerk)
- Relevant working experience a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills – you must be able to work independently and provide solutions using Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Coding skills and database manipulation is a must
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
- Proactive attitude
- Team player
- Excellent self-organisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
