Trade Analyst (m/f/d)

For CMA CGM Short Sea Lines Intra North Europe we are recruiting a Trade Analyst (m/f/d) in Hamburg. The position is part-time (30 hours/week) and temporary at first with a posibility of prolongation.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensure all Trade team is using CMA tools in an efficient way
- Organize Training opportunities within trade team to improve skillset
- Monitor QT and D&D approval to improve response time and hit ratio
- Monitor allocation (tender, budget, CSA, COA) and guide trade on correct implementation, to ensure an accurate tracker for customer performance
- Monitor data quality in reporting and propose enhancements
- Monitor well application of the surcharges, charge codes in quotations or bookings, ensuring a correct revenue collection
- Identify potential risks in the quoting/ booking process impacting profitability, workload and propose solutions to mitigate
- Propose areas of improvement and support on reporting and studies
You bring aboard:
- Degree (Bachelor or Master) in International Trade, Logistics or Transport
- Several years of relevant work experience in the shipping industry, preferably with knowledge of CMA Group systems
- Strong written and oral command of English
- Commercially-driven and analytical mindset
- Proactive approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
