Tender Coordinator

Your Role
As a Tender Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the tender process from start to finish. Working closely with Sales Managers and other stakeholders, you will ensure that tenders are handled efficiently, pricing is aligned with market conditions, and all administrative aspects are accurately maintained.
What Are You Going to Do?
- Proactively coordinate tenders from receiving until the award stage.
- Monitor tender status and timelines, follow up on awarded volumes, and maintain tender KPI.
- Manage RFI responses and analyze tender documents, including legal clauses.
- Prepare tender calculations based on current tariffs.
- Prepare pricing offers based on trade classifications.
- Collaborate with Trade, Sales, Landside, and Tender Managers on price levels.
- Upload rates and service details into our customer tender platforms.
- Monitor and document special agreements per Tender in the QT system.
- Support the Tender Manager with various tender-related tasks.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Proficient English speaker with strong communication skills.
- Advanced user of MS Office applications, especially Excel (comfortable with formulas and pivot tables).
- Organized and proactive with excellent time management.
- A team player who is adaptable, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Skilled in negotiation, decision-making, and creative problem-solving.
- Demonstrates resilience and focus in dynamic or high-pressure environments.
