At CMA CGM, we offer young students missions of genuine responsibility that respond to a real operational need. After this initial experience, we help our young talents develop an exciting and challenging career in the ever-changing shipping industry. 

An internship with CMA CGM is an enriching and challenging experience. In 2018, the group obtained the « Happy Trainees » label for the 4th consecutive year.

The CMA CGM Group has been partnering with leading Schools of Higher Education for many years. In France, we have agreements with Sciences Po Paris and HEC Paris, as well as Kedge Business School, Aix Marseille University, IAE Aix-en-Provence and IEP Aix.

We develop outreach programs with these schools to help students realize their professional goals while preparing them for the reality of daily life in a company. Beyond our partnership agreements we also participate in one-off events including conferences, round tables and job fairs (ex: HEC and EM Lyon forums). These events allow us to introduce students to the CMA CGM Group and the diverse professions we offer.
