Next Media Solutions and Le Studio Next are the content production entities of the RMC BFM group. They design and manage audiovisual, digital, and event productions for advertiser clients and the group’s agencies.

Next Media Solutions and Le Studio Next were created around a shared ambition: to bring brands closer to real life. They give brands the opportunity to strengthen their proof-based and proximity-driven messaging by offering their audiences content they enjoy, rooted in real life.

The goal is to make authenticity a key asset for brands through controlled, engaging editorial content that can compete with the content their target audiences already like to consume.

Within the advertising sales house, you will work on a variety of event formats, including conferences, award ceremonies, gala dinners, networking fairs, partner programmes in our studios, special operations, and more.

Examples of events include: Les Meilleurs Artisans de France RMC, Impact PME, BFM Awards, Les Trophées PME, Tout pour Investir l’Événement, and BFM Académie.

Main Responsibilities

Working alongside a Project Director and a Production Manager, you will contribute to the operational implementation of one or more events for the BFM Business and RMC brands. You will be involved in both the communication strategy and the logistical and organisational aspects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and managing production and communication timelines: prioritising tasks, updating schedules in response to unforeseen circumstances, and tracking deadlines
  • Monitoring budgets: preparing, managing, and analysing budgets. You will also help monitor post-production invoicing in coordination with the Production Administrator and internal finance teams
  • Building and planning production teams: sourcing profiles, monitoring progress, identifying, negotiating with, and coordinating service providers, including caterers, furniture suppliers, venues, host/hostess agencies, transport providers, technical providers, and creative partners
  • Managing audience tools and contributing to the writing of recruitment and event promotion messages, including email campaigns and social media posts. Knowledge of Inwink, Stripo, and NP6 would be a plus
  • Preparing operational briefing materials for on-site delivery, including intervention schedules, roadbooks, call sheets, photo directories, and equipment summaries
  • Being present on event days to ensure the organisation and coordination of speakers, participants, clients, partners, service providers, and teams
  • Producing post-event reports: drafting summary reports, making recommendations for future editions, and analysing KPIs, including attendance rates, audience engagement, email open rates, email click-through rates, and more
