At CMA CGM, we offer students missions with responsibilities that meet a real operational need. After this first experience, we help our talents to develop an exciting and challenging career in the shipping industry.

An internship at the CMA CGM Group is an enriching and stimulating experience. In 2022, the Group was awarded the "Happy Trainees" label for the 8th consecutive year.

The CMA CGM Group has been a partner of leading higher education institutions for many years. In France, we have agreements with Sciences Po Paris, HEC Paris, as well as Kedge BS, Université Aix Marseille, IAE Aix-en-Provence and IEP Aix.

We develop proximity programs with these schools to help students achieve their professional goals while preparing them for the reality of everyday business life. In addition to our partnership agreements, we also participate in specific events such as conferences, round tables and job fairs (e.g. HEC and EM Lyon forums). These events allow us to introduce students to the CMA CGM Group and the diversity of our business lines.
